Terms of Service for SelfUplift

1. General

These terms govern your access to and use of self-development courses and related offerings provided by SelfUplift at 18 York St #1500, Toronto, ON M5J 2T8, Canada. By enrolling in courses or ordering materials from SelfUplift, you agree to these terms.

3. Offerings

SelfUplift offers the following categories of products and services:

• Services: live or pre recorded guided courses, coaching sessions, workshops.
• Info Products: digital materials such as eBooks, worksheets, and recorded seminars.
• Goods: physical items such as books, journals, or branded merchandise.

4. Fees and Access

All fees are stated in your confirmation and are payable before access is granted. Access to digital products is provided electronically.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing before the start date of the service. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of approval to the original payment method. After the service begins, services are non refundable due to planning and resource allocation. However, you may transfer your enrollment to a future session by notifying us at least 7 days before the original start date.

5.2 Info Products

Digital materials are available immediately upon purchase and are non refundable once access has been granted. This policy ensures protection of intellectual property and delivery costs. If you encounter technical issues accessing content, we will provide replacements or troubleshooting assistance.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be eligible for refund if unused and in original condition. You must ship the item back within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund within 10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping expenses are non refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Cancellations and Transfers

For services, cancellations are subject to the refund terms above. Transfers to other sessions are permitted under the conditions stated. No other forms of credit are offered.

7. Termination

SelfUplift reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to access any services or products ceases immediately.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the last revision. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
